Every US lottery draw we publish, converted to UAE and India time: which land at breakfast, which near midnight, and how the US clock change moves them.
Published 2 October 2026 · the numbers in this guide are read live from our archive.
The short answer. US evening draws land in the early morning in the UAE and India, on the day after the US date. While the US is on summer time they fall between about 4 AM and 7:15 AM in the UAE and 5:45 AM to 8:45 AM in India; in the US winter, add an hour. The few US midday draws land in your late evening instead.
This is the whole American schedule as we publish it, twenty-six draws in the order they happen on a US evening. The first column is the time each lottery announces; the others are that same moment on your clock. Nothing in it is typed by hand. The page works out every conversion from the draw time when it loads, which means it is correct today whatever the season.

Converted for 1 October 2026. US clocks change in March and November, which moves every US draw by an hour against the Gulf and India; this table is recalculated every time the page loads.
Read down the UAE column and the shape of the night is obvious. There is a short burst in your late evening, from the Florida and New York midday draws, and then a long quiet stretch before the evening draws start arriving shortly before dawn. The busiest part of the table is the stretch from 9:30 PM Eastern to the end of the US evening. That window takes in the California and Florida digit games, the evening New York draws, both big multi-state jackpots and the Texas draws, and in the Gulf it falls in the couple of hours when most people are waking up.
For the daily games the question barely arises: there is a result every morning. The games below draw on set nights only (9 of them), and for them the useful question is which morning to look.
| Game | You pick | Drawn | Draw time |
|---|---|---|---|
| New York Lotto | 6 numbers from 1–59 + Bonus 1–59 | Wednesday and Saturday | 8:15 PM ET |
| Lotto America | 5 numbers from 1–52 + Star Ball 1–10 | Monday, Wednesday and Saturday | 10:15 PM ET |
| SuperLotto Plus | 5 numbers from 1–47 + Mega 1–27 | Wednesday and Saturday | 10:57 PM ET |
| Powerball | 5 numbers from 1–69 + Powerball 1–26 | Monday, Wednesday and Saturday | 10:59 PM ET |
| Mega Millions | 5 numbers from 1–70 + Mega Ball 1–24 | Tuesday and Friday | 11:00 PM ET |
| Lotto Texas | 6 numbers from 1–54 | Monday, Wednesday and Saturday | 11:12 PM ET |
| Texas Two Step | 4 numbers from 1–35 + Bonus Ball 1–35 | Monday and Thursday | 11:12 PM ET |
| Florida Lotto | 6 numbers from 1–53 | Wednesday and Saturday | 11:15 PM ET |
| Jackpot Triple Play | 6 numbers from 1–46 | Tuesday and Friday | 11:15 PM ET |
That one-day shift is the most common reason a US result seems to be “missing” when it is not. Every result on this site is filed under its US draw date, because that is the date printed on the ticket. Open the Powerball page on a Sunday morning in Dubai and the top row says Saturday. That Saturday row is the one your ticket needs; nothing has gone wrong.
Wednesday and Saturday nights carry the heaviest load. Powerball, New York Lotto, Florida Lotto, SuperLotto Plus, Lotto Texas and Lotto America all draw on both, so Thursday and Sunday mornings are when most jackpot results arrive at once. If you follow several of them, those are the two mornings worth keeping a few minutes free for.
Four of these games run a separate draw in the US early afternoon: Florida’s Fantasy 5 Midday and New York’s Take 5, Numbers and Win 4 midday draws. The US afternoon is the Gulf’s late evening, so these arrive after dinner in the UAE rather than at breakfast.
For readers in India the New York midday draws are the awkward ones. Depending on the season they fall either on the stroke of midnight or at about one in the morning IST, which means the Indian calendar has already turned over to the next day while the US date on the ticket has not. The same rule applies as before: check against the US date. How the midday and evening versions of a game relate to each other, and why they must never be mixed up, is explained in our guide to midday and evening draws.
On the second Sunday in March the US goes onto summer time. The draws stay at the same US clock time, but the gap to the Gulf narrows from nine hours to eight, so every result reaches you an hour earlier than it did the week before.
On the first Sunday in November the US goes back to standard time and the gap widens again. A result you are used to seeing at breakfast now turns up an hour later, which pushes the latest Florida draws past 8 AM in the UAE and towards 10 AM in India.
Britain also changes its clocks, but on the last Sunday of March and of October. For a few weeks each spring and autumn the UK and US are out of step, and the UK column in the table sits an hour away from where it normally is. The UAE, India and Pakistan columns are not affected by that, only by the US dates.
Every time in the table is given in US Eastern because that is the one clock all twenty-six can be lined up on. California and Texas actually run on their own clocks. SuperLotto Plus draws at 7:57 PM Pacific, which is the 10:57 PM Eastern in the table; Lotto Texas and Texas Two Step draw at 10:12 PM Central, which is 11:12 PM Eastern. All three zones change their clocks on the same US dates, so the conversion to your time is unaffected. The California results page and the Texas results page each show a live clock for their own state, which is the quickest way to see whether tonight’s draw has happened yet.
The draw time is when the balls are drawn, not when the result reaches a phone in Abu Dhabi or Kochi. Each lottery publishes its numbers after the draw, and we record them from there, so a result can take a little while to appear after the time shown. If the draw time on the table has only just passed, give it some time before assuming anything is missing. A game that has not drawn at all that night, because it is not one of its days, will simply show the previous draw at the top of its page.
If waiting and refreshing is not your idea of a morning, every game page has a bell that subscribes you to that one game, and the result comes to you instead. Our Powerball guide and Mega Millions guide go further into the two games most of our readers follow, and the New York and Florida results pages group those states’ draws together.
