Pennsylvania Cash 5 draws five numbers from 43 every evening at 6:59 PM ET, the earliest US evening draw we carry. Odds, timing abroad and how to check.
Published 26 October 2026 · the numbers in this guide are read live from our archive.
The short answer. Pennsylvania Cash 5 draws five numbers from 1 to 43 every evening at 6:59 PM Eastern, the earliest evening draw of any American game we publish. There is no bonus ball and the order does not matter, so one line matching all five is a 1 in 962,598 chance. Because it draws seven nights a week, the date printed on the ticket matters more here than in any weekly game.
Five balls come out of a set numbered 1 to 43 and none of them goes back in, so no number can appear twice in one result. A line on the ticket is five numbers from that same range, and it is judged purely on how many of them turn up among the five drawn. Position is irrelevant. There is no second ball, no separate pool and no add-on to remember, which makes this one of the simplest games we publish to check.
| Game | You pick | Drawn | Draw time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pennsylvania Cash 5 | 5 numbers from 1–43 | Daily | 6:59 PM ET |
Most recent Pennsylvania Cash 5 draw on record: 25 Oct 2026 — 11, 18, 26, 38, 40.
The draw time is the detail worth noticing. Almost every American game we carry draws in the last two hours before midnight Eastern, in a crowded stretch that takes in both multi-state jackpots and most of the state draws. Cash 5 goes before seven in the evening, on its own, which makes its numbers the first of the American night to reach a phone anywhere.
Pennsylvania Cash 5 top-prize odds: there are 962,598 ways to choose 5 numbers from 1–43, so matching all of them with one line is 1 in 962,598. This is arithmetic on the game’s format, not a claim about any draw.
Of every game here that draws five balls, nothing else, and does it every night, Cash 5 draws from the widest range, so its top prize is the hardest of that set to reach. Put beside the six-number games it shares a hub with, though, it sits in another league altogether. The table below is built from our own game records when the page loads, sorted shortest odds first.
| Game | You pick | Drawn | Top-prize odds per line |
|---|---|---|---|
| Georgia Fantasy 5 | 5 from 1–42 | Daily | 1 in 850,668 |
| Pennsylvania Cash 5 (this guide) | 5 from 1–43 | Daily | 1 in 962,598 |
| New Jersey Pick 6 | 6 from 1–46 | Monday, Thursday and Saturday | 1 in 9,366,819 |
| Michigan Lotto 47 | 6 from 1–47 | Wednesday and Saturday | 1 in 10,737,573 |
| Ohio Classic Lotto | 6 from 1–49 | Monday, Wednesday and Saturday | 1 in 13,983,816 |
| Illinois Lotto | 6 from 1–50 | Monday, Thursday and Saturday | 1 in 15,890,700 |
Adding a sixth ball to the line is what opens that gap. New Jersey Pick 6, the shortest of the six-number games on the hub, is roughly 9.7 times longer per line than Cash 5. Neither shape is the better game and neither is generous; they are built to different scales, and the prizes behind them are set by the state lottery rather than by the arithmetic.
A twice-weekly game gives you two dates a week to think about. Cash 5 gives you seven, which sounds like more work and is actually less: there is no schedule to memorise, because the answer to “did it draw last night?” is always yes. Whichever morning you look, a fresh result is waiting.
This is the real trap of a nightly game. Open the results page two days after a draw and the numbers at the top belong to a different night, not to the ticket in your hand. Read the date first and the numbers second. Our archive keeps every recorded Cash 5 draw under its own Pennsylvania date, newest at the top, so the row you need is always there to be scrolled to.
More draws mean more entries, not better ones. Each night is a fresh, independent event carrying the same odds as the last, so playing nightly repeats one chance more often at the cost of spending more often. Nothing accrues from the nights that did not win.

Converted for 26 October 2026. US clocks change in March and November, which moves every US draw by an hour against the Gulf and India; this table is recalculated every time the page loads.
An early-evening Eastern draw lands in the small hours in the Gulf and shortly before dawn in India, and it does so well ahead of the American games that draw closer to midnight. If you follow several US draws, this is the one already published while the rest of the night is still running. The full American schedule in Gulf and Indian time, including how the US clock change in March and November shifts all of it by an hour, is laid out in our guide to US lottery draw times in India and the UAE.
The same method works for any game here, and the general version of it, including what to do when a result has not appeared yet, is on our how to check results page.
No, and a nightly game is where that question gets asked most, because the archive grows so fast that patterns seem to leap out of it. None of them survives testing. Every draw starts from the same forty-three balls with no memory of the last one, so a number missing for a month is not owed an appearance and one that came up last night is not warmed up. Our lucky numbers page publishes the frequency counts anyway, next to the measurement that found our own number scoring no better than picking at random, and says so plainly.
If waiting for the result is the tedious part, the bell on the game’s own page subscribes you to Cash 5 alone, so one alert arrives when a new draw is recorded and nothing else does. Every other state game we carry sits together on the US State Lottery results hub, and readers following American draws from this side of the world may find checking US lottery results from the UAE useful alongside it.
Every draw below is recorded here after it is published, with a dated archive behind it.
