Six numbers from 39 against seven from 37: what the combination counts really differ by, Friday against Sunday, and which game suits which kind of player.
Published 2 November 2026 · the numbers in this guide are read live from our archive.
The short answer. EASY 6 asks for six numbers from 39 and draws on Friday; MEGA 7 asks for seven from 37 and draws on Sunday. The smaller pool makes MEGA 7 sound like the softer target and it is the opposite: the seventh match makes its top prize roughly 3.2 times longer than EASY 6's.
| Game | You pick | Drawn | Draw time |
|---|---|---|---|
| EASY 6 | 6 numbers from 1–39 | Friday | 9:00 PM GST |
| MEGA 7 | 7 numbers from 1–37 | Sunday | 9:00 PM GST |
EASY 6 top-prize odds: there are 3,262,623 ways to choose 6 numbers from 1–39, so matching all of them with one line is 1 in 3,262,623. This is arithmetic on the game’s format, not a claim about any draw.
MEGA 7 top-prize odds: there are 10,295,472 ways to choose 7 numbers from 1–37, so matching all of them with one line is 1 in 10,295,472. This is arithmetic on the game’s format, not a claim about any draw.
This is the part that catches people out, and it is worth doing slowly, because the instinct that "fewer numbers to choose from must be easier" is a reasonable instinct that happens to be wrong. There are two differences between these games pulling in opposite directions, and they are not the same size.
Drawing six numbers from 37 instead of 39 would cut the combinations to 2,324,784, against 3,262,623 for six from 39. Useful, but a modest change: the pool is doing less work here than it appears to.
Now ask for a seventh match from that same pool of 37 and the count jumps to 10,295,472. One more required match multiplies the difficulty; two fewer numbers in the pool divides it only slightly. That is the whole explanation for why MEGA 7's top prize is the longer of the two.
Nothing about either figure should be read as "achievable". Both are long. The comparison is useful only for understanding what you are entering, and for seeing through the common claim that a game with fewer balls in the drum is a friendlier game.
The draw night is the difference most readers actually feel. EASY 6 lands on Friday, at the start of the UAE weekend, when a result is something to check over dinner. MEGA 7 lands on Sunday, on a working evening for most of the Gulf, which is why its result is more often read the next morning than watched live. Following both gives you two nights a week rather than one, and they sit at opposite ends of the weekend rather than bunching together.
Both draws close at 9 PM Gulf Standard Time, and both results appear here within minutes. For readers outside the UAE the conversion is fixed, since neither the Gulf nor India nor Pakistan changes its clocks, and each game page carries the local times. Our guide to Emirates Draw result time by country lays those out if you are following from further away.
We hold 109 recorded EASY 6 draws and 110 MEGA 7 draws. Each game's numbers, winner counts and prize totals are kept separately, and each has its own frequency page counted from that archive alone. Comparing the two frequency tables directly is a mistake worth avoiding: a seven-ball game gives every number more chances to appear than a six-ball game, so the baselines are different by design.
Most recent EASY 6 draw on record: 30 Oct 2026 — 11, 13, 16, 19, 23, 25.
Most recent MEGA 7 draw on record: 1 Nov 2026 — 4, 7, 14, 15, 16, 21, 30.
Almost every prize either game pays is not the top one, and the two games behave differently down there for a reason worth understanding. A seven-ball draw produces more chances to match a few numbers than a six-ball draw does, simply because more balls come out of the drum. So the game with the longer jackpot is not the stingier game at every level: it is harder at the top and busier lower down.
That is why the winner counts on our pages can look similar for two games whose headline odds are far apart. The count includes every tier, so it is dominated by the small prizes rather than the rare ones. What each tier pays, and which match counts qualify at all, is set by the operator and changes when they change it, so we do not restate it here. What we can show you is how many entries won something in each recorded draw, which is on the two winners pages linked above.
It is not. Neither game has a separate bonus pool: MEGA 7 simply draws seven numbers from one pool, all of them main numbers. If you are used to games where a seventh ball comes from a second smaller drum, this is a different structure and the odds work differently.
The two draws are unconnected, and in any case no number is hot. If the phrase means anything at all it means "has appeared often in a short archive", which is a description of the past and the frequency pages say so on their own face.
If the appeal is a shorter route to the top prize, EASY 6 is plainly the shorter of the two, and its Friday slot suits anyone who would rather check a result at the start of a weekend than in the middle of a working week. If the appeal is the larger headline that a harder game can support, MEGA 7 is that game, and the honest framing is that you are paying for a bigger number with much longer odds rather than getting something for nothing.
What neither choice does is change your chance through anything other than the format. There is no better night, no due number and no pattern in either archive that improves the next draw. Both games are entertainment with a fixed price of entry, and the useful decision is how much of that entertainment you want, not which drum is luckier.
