The short answer. A monthly chart puts every draw day of one month on a single page, with the first-prize ticket for each of the three daily Lottery Sambad draws beside its date. It is the fastest way to check a ticket you found later, because you scan one page for the date instead of opening thirty of them.

What the monthly chart shows

The three daily draws a monthly chart covers
DrawTime (IST)Run byLatest first prize
Lottery Sambad 1 PM 1:00 PM Nagaland State Lottery, Kohima 38G 03421 31 Oct
Lottery Sambad 6 PM 6:00 PM Sikkim State Lottery, Gangtok 98H 88783 31 Oct
Lottery Sambad 8 PM 8:00 PM Nagaland State Lottery, Kohima 88E 56668 31 Oct

Each row of a chart is one calendar day. The three middle columns hold the first-prize ticket for the 1 PM, 6 PM and 8 PM draws of that day: a series code and a five-digit number, exactly as the official sheet prints them, with the day's marketing name underneath. The last column tells you whether we hold the sheet image for that date.

What a chart deliberately does not hold is the lower tiers. A single day's sheet carries the consolation prize, ten second-prize numbers, and rows of four-digit endings running to a hundred entries; thirty days of that on one page would be unreadable and unusable on a phone. So the chart answers "what won on the 14th" and the date page answers "did my ending win anything".

Most recent Lottery Sambad 1 PM first prize on record: 38G 03421 on 31 Oct 2026.

Most recent Lottery Sambad 8 PM first prize on record: 88E 56668 on 31 Oct 2026.

Checking an old ticket, step by step

  1. Read the date off the ticket first. Every Lottery Sambad draw is filed under its Indian calendar date. The date on the ticket is the only reliable way in, because the marketing name on it repeats across weeks.
  2. Open that month's chart. Find the row for your date. If the row is missing entirely, we hold no verified sheet for that day at all.
  3. Check the slot, not just the day. Three draws happen every day. A 6 PM ticket checked against the 8 PM column will never match, and that single mistake accounts for most "my number was there but I did not win" messages.
  4. Compare the series and the number together. The first prize is one ticket: the five digits AND the series code have to agree. The same five digits in another series is the consolation prize, which is a different prize with a different value.
  5. For anything below first prize, open the date. The four-digit endings that pay the lower tiers are on the sheet itself, which the date link opens.
  6. Confirm against the official sheet before acting. We are an archive. A claim is settled on the official document for that exact date and slot.

Our step-by-step guide to checking a Lottery Sambad ticket goes through the tiers in more detail, and how to read a result sheet walks the sheet from top to bottom.

Why a month can have gaps

The sheet arrives after the draw

The official result sheet is prepared and uploaded by hand, and it often appears the day after the draw. A chart built at the end of a month will normally be complete; a chart read during the month can be missing yesterday.

We publish only what we can verify

A sheet goes up here only when it names exactly one first-prize ticket and prints both the draw date and the matching weekday. Anything that disagrees is refused and recorded rather than published, which is occasionally the reason a cell stays empty.

A dash is never a zero

It means "not held here", nothing more. Treating a missing figure as a result is how wrong numbers spread, so the chart says dash and this guide says why.

Chart, daily page or slot page: which to open

There are three ways into the same archive, and each answers a different question. Picking the right one saves more time than any amount of scrolling.

A phone makes the distinction sharper than a desktop does. The chart is a wide table, so on a narrow screen each row stacks into a small block per day, which is fine for scanning dates and poor for reading a hundred endings. That is another reason the endings live on the date page.

What the marketing name is good for

The name printed on a Lottery Sambad sheet changes every single day, and the chart shows it under each ticket for one practical reason: it is the fastest cross-check that you are reading the right row. If your ticket says one name and the row says another, you are looking at a different draw, even when the date looks right, and the answer is usually that the ticket belongs to a different slot on the same day. What the name is not good for is searching. Names repeat across weeks and months, so a search by name returns a pile of dates and a search by date returns exactly one row. Our guide to why the names change every day shows a week of real ones from the stored sheets.

The months on the site right now

New months appear on their own as the archive grows, and a month with nothing stored in it has no page at all rather than an empty one. If you are looking for a date older than our archive, the official sheet for it is the place to go: the state lotteries keep their own uploads for about a month, so a very old date may exist nowhere online and only on the paper ticket you are holding.

We are an independent archive. We do not sell tickets, we are not connected to any state lottery or distributor, and we cannot process a claim. Play within your means and treat any result here as a reference to be confirmed, not as proof of a win.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Each month we hold has its own page listing every draw day in that month with the first-prize ticket for the 1 PM, 6 PM and 8 PM draws, and each date links to that day's full result sheet.
Open that month's page, find the date printed on your ticket, and compare the series code and number against the first prize. For the lower tiers, open the date itself: the endings that pay smaller prizes are printed on the sheet, not in the monthly view.
Because no verified sheet exists here for that slot on that day. The official sheets are uploaded by hand and often appear the next day, so a dash usually means the sheet arrived after the day closed. It never means the draw did not happen.
As far as our verified archive does, and no further. Only months that actually contain a stored draw get a page; asking for any other month sends you back to the daily hub instead of showing an empty chart.
The slots themselves do not: 1 PM, 6 PM and 8 PM India time, every day of the year. What changes daily is the marketing name printed on the sheet, which is why our pages are organised by slot and date rather than by name.
