What the account is actually for

Emirates Draw runs its own account system, and it does three things: it holds the entries you have bought, it tells you when a draw you entered has taken place, and it is the route through which a prize is verified and paid. That last one is the reason the account exists at all. Money cannot be handed to an anonymous ticket number, so the operator needs a person attached to it.

What the account does not do is give you faster or better results than anyone else. The numbers are published the same moment for everybody. People end up on a login page because that is the door they came in through the first time, not because the numbers live behind it.

The four things that stop most people logging in

We are an independent results archive, not the operator, so we cannot reset a password or look at an account. What we can do is describe the four situations that come up again and again when readers write to us, because three of them are not account problems at all.

• The email and the mobile number are two different logins. Many people register with a phone number, then months later try to sign in with an email address that was never attached to anything. Nothing is broken; the credential simply does not exist. Try the other one before resetting anything.
• The app and the website are the same account, but not the same session. Being signed in on a phone does not sign you in on a laptop. A "wrong password" on desktop while the app still works usually means the password was changed on one device and autofill is still offering the old one.
• A one-time code that never arrives is usually a network problem. Codes sent to UAE numbers roaming abroad, or to numbers that have lapsed, do not bounce — they just never appear. If you have changed number since registering, the code is going to the old one and only the operator can move it.
• The site you are logging into may not be the operator's. This is the one that matters. Search results for lottery brands are full of lookalike domains, and a login form on one of them is a credential-collection form. Check the address bar before you type anything, every time.

How to check a result without logging in

Claiming a prize is the one thing that does need the operator

If your numbers match, the account stops being optional. Prize verification and payment run entirely through Emirates Draw, and any figure you read here — on this site or any other results archive — is a record, not a receipt. Two rules are worth keeping:

• Verify with the operator before celebrating. We cross-check every result against more than one published source before recording it, and we still tell you to confirm a winning ticket with Emirates Draw. Archives can carry a typo; a payout cannot.
• Nobody legitimate charges a fee to release a prize. A message asking for a transfer, a "tax", or card details to unlock winnings is a scam without exception. Real winnings are never gated behind a payment from the winner.

Where we fit, and where we do not

To be plain about it: this site is an independent archive. We do not sell entries, we hold no accounts, we cannot see whether you have a ticket, and we are not affiliated with Emirates Draw or any other operator. What we are good for is the numbers — published within minutes of each draw, kept as a dated history, and free to read without signing in to anything.

For anything touching your account or a payment — a password that will not reset, a number that has changed, a prize being verified — the operator's own support is the only place that can act. We would be wasting your time pretending otherwise.
